14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We want you to be confident in your purchase. If you are not satisfied with the Provadyne Pro edition, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date. No questions asked.
Before buying, we encourage you to evaluate the product using the Free edition, which is available at no cost and requires no payment details.
Merchant of Record
All Provadyne purchases are sold and fulfilled by Paddle.com Market Ltd, which acts as the Merchant of Record. Refunds are issued by Paddle to the original payment method. Any taxes (VAT/GST/sales tax) collected at checkout are refunded together with the purchase amount where applicable.
How to Request a Refund
- Email us at [email protected] with the email address used for the purchase and your order or invoice number; or
- Use the support/refund link in the Paddle receipt that was emailed to you at the time of purchase, or contact Paddle directly at paddle.net.
Once approved, the refund is processed to your original payment method and typically appears within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Subscription Renewals
The Pro edition renews automatically each year. If a renewal charge was not expected, contact us within 14 days of the renewal date and we will refund it and cancel future renewals. You can also cancel anytime in advance via the management link in your Paddle order email to avoid being charged.
Your Statutory Rights
This policy is offered in addition to, and does not limit, any mandatory consumer rights you may have under applicable law, including the right of withdrawal for consumers in the Republic of Korea under the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, and similar rights in the EU/UK and other jurisdictions.
